While this project oversaw the creation of many separate applications over the course of a year, its general purpose was to create an easily accessible location to download and "sign" an acknowledgment of receipt for important documents. These documents ranged from COVID guidelines to employee/student handbooks.
Previously, these processes had been completed via paper, but needed to be converted into a no-contact version to comply with CDC guidelines at the beginning of the COVID pandemic.

After logging in and verifying their personal information, the users are asked to follow the on screen steps to download the related document, acknowledge receipt of that document, and submit the form to finish. Upon submission, the user's information is stored for later viewing by administrative personnel.
